I do believe that health is lost every thing is lost.Most of the people of the world is alert about his health.You people should have to take care about your health and fitness.If your health is good you are fit for works.But you are not healthy and fitness nobody will contact with you and not making a lison with you even.So every people should have to understand the importance of your health and fitness.

To make your health for fitness you should have to follow the followings:

  1. To drink water minimum 8-10 glass per day
  2. To walk minimum half an our in the morning and another half an hour in evening
  3. To have meals some after two to three hours
  4. To move or walk five minutes on every two hours works on your office
  5. To work on your computer very small time at a glance
  6. To drive your car slow as possible
  7. To utilize your brain most as you can
  8. To listen high than your talk if possible
  9. To brush your teeth minimum two time a day
  10. To wear clean dress
  11. Not to forget to clean or wash your shocks every two days
  12. To use perfume
  13. To sleep more than eight hours every day
  14. To cut your nails in every week 
  15. To sleep on floor straightly some times
